Our fees are plus taxes incurred, unless otherwise stated. You are solely responsible for: (i) determining the taxes that apply, if any, to the sale of your products and services, the acceptance of donations or payments you receive in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) the assessment, collection, reporting and transfer of taxes for your business to the relevant tax and financial authorities. If we are required to withhold taxes or if we are unable to validate the tax identification information you provide to us, we may deduct these taxes from amounts due by other means and pay them to the competent tax authority. If you are exempt from paying such taxes, you must provide us with a certificate of origin that meets applicable legal requirements that confirm your exempt status. At our request, you must provide us with information about your tax matters. Between you and Stripe, it is clear that Stripe and its licensors are the exclusive owners of all right, title and interest in and to all patents, copyrights and copyrights (including derivative works), moral rights, rights of publicity, trademarks or service marks, logos, designs and models, company secrets and other rights or objects of intellectual property rights contained in the API, the Services, Dashboard and Documentation (collectively «Stripe IP») or contain a copy thereof. Stripe`s IP is protected by copyright and copyright, trade secret and patent laws, and other intellectual property laws, and all Stripe IP rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved. TSF (time service factor): This is the percentage of calls answered within a defined period. It is very important to us that your customers understand the purpose, amount and terms of the fees you communicate to us. In this sense, when using the payment services, you agree (i) to accurately communicate the nature of the transaction and the amount of the fee in the corresponding currency and not to present it incorrectly before transmitting them to the API; (ii) provide customers with a receipt that accurately describes each transaction; (iii) provide customers with a reasonable way to contact you if the product or service is not provided as described above; (iv) not to use the Services to sell products or services in a manner that is unfair or misleading, exposes customers to inappropriate risks or does not disclose in advance the essential terms of a purchase; and (v) notify customers that Stripe and its associates process transactions (including payment transactions) for you. You also agree to maintain and provide your customers with an appropriate return, refund, cancellation or accommodation policy and to clearly explain the process for customers to get reimbursed….
